Frequently Asked Questions
How does the rental process work?
Our online booking process maximizes ease so anyone can do it.
1) Select your equipment.
2) Choose your delivery and pickup dates.
3) Complete the payment process.
4) That's it! You'll get a confirmation email and we'll deliver and pickup the equipment on your selected dates.
What is the price of wheelchair rental?
We believe in transparent, flat-rate pricing with zero hidden fees. Unlike many medical supply companies that add delivery surcharges or "convenience fees," our rates are all-inclusive: manual wheelchairs start at $99 for up to 7 days, and mobility scooters start at $119 for up to 3 days. For longer stays, we offer tiered multi-week and monthly pricing to ensure the best value.
Which areas do you serve?
We provide concierge delivery and pickup throughout D.C. (Downtown, Capitol Hill, Georgetown, National Mall), Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax County, Falls Church), and the Maryland suburbs (Bethesda, Silver Spring, Prince George's and Montgomery Counties)—so you never have to worry about mobility logistics.
Can I pay with insurance?
We accept HSA/FSA cards at checkout. We don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit for possible reimbursement—coverage varies by provider and isn't guaranteed.
Can I pay with my HSA/FSA account?
Yes! Most HSA/FSA plans cover mobility equipment rentals like wheelchairs as a qualified medical expense. Just enter your HSA/FSA card at checkout like a regular credit or debit card.
What happens if I damage the equipment?
Accidents happen. Our affordable Equipment Protection Plan covers accidental damage so you can enjoy your rental without worrying about the "what-ifs."
What happens if the equipment is lost or stolen?
While our chairs are high-quality and medical-grade, they're also lightweight and portable—so they should be treated like any other valuable asset. If a chair is lost or stolen while in your care, you're responsible for its full replacement cost. Our protection plan also reduces your liability for theft by up to 50%, provided a police report is filed.
